QUESTION: Is your impression later than 2?

QUESTION: “Special overseas edition” makes this an export edition rather than the trade one it is recorded as. Does it belong in a database of UK trade printings at all, and if it does, should market say export? Nothing in the data is marked export yet, though the vocabulary has the value. tolkienbooks.net says of it that although called an overseas edition, the book was also offered for sale in the United Kingdom.
