Roadmap

In no particular order:

• model the one-volume Lord of the Rings, and omnibus volumes generally
• add ways to browse by tag, boxed set and collection contents: each is now shown on a printing's own page, but there is no way to list every printing carrying a tag, or every volume in a set
• add an Open Questions page, derived from the data as Open Impression Groups is
• add more views: by tolkienbooks.net id and a linkable page for a publication group
• add major edition dates to By Year
• extend design series
• extend cover art (with view to eventually integrate with art database)
• make data publicly available
• start extending to US editions
• start extending to other publishers
• bring over Silmarillion textual variations work from old blog
• work on edition history and textual variations for other works
• model settings and pagination
• improve links to tolkienbooks.net, tolkienbooks.us, Tolkien Guide, Tolkien Gateway, and ISFDB
• establish identifiers for integration with Tolkien Linked Open Data Project and Wikidata
• add more descriptive bibliographic information
