QUESTION: Which edition is velmeran's fourth impression? He gives the ISBN and the number and never the publisher edition, and this number carries five. It sits on the 1999 Book People edition here. His Black Spine with Silver Ink tab holds it, which is the design of the 1999 paperback's silver-black and white-black printings and of the 1991's gold runes — so it is one of those rather than the Book People issue, but which is not settled.
