Open Questions

QUESTION: What impression do you have?

QUESTION: Is this edition set in Plantin Light and printed by Omnia? Nothing here records either. The Book Club Associates paperback is this hardback’s own sheets in wrappers, and a second impression of it in hand gives both, so they are almost certainly the sheets’ and therefore this edition’s. What a copy would settle is whether they hold across the run: the paperback is made from some impression of this book rather than from all of them, and a printer can change partway through a run of ten.

If you can tell us, please use the Tolkien Impression Submission Form quoting NERE, or see Open Impression Groups for everything else we are missing.
