QUESTION: Velmeran’s impressions 21, 23, 24, 33, 34 and 36 are recorded below as the 2007 edition’s, because tbn closes both 1995 groups definitely — nine impressions and then five — so 1 to 14 are spoken for and the 2007 run is the only one under this number open at the top.
