Open Questions

QUESTION: Velmeran gives a seventeenth impression under this number — Clays, GBP 10.99 — and does not say which edition it belongs to. It was left on the 1992 edition when the other rows under this ISBN were moved to their editions in August 2026, and nothing supports it there: tolkienbooks.net says only “Reprinted?” of that edition, not knowing whether it was reprinted at all. The 2002 edition is known to a sixteenth and the 2015 begins at a twenty-first, so a seventeenth falls in the gap between those two rather than on an edition of 1992 counting its own. Kept here rather than asserted of any edition. — of this ISBN
