NOTE: The Signature cover arrived here, at the seventy-third, and ran on for years; the edition heading did not follow it. This printing is the stretch whose copyright page still named the 2020 edition, and the seventy-seventh onwards, in the same cover, name the 2011 one and are recorded there. The Lord of the Rings volumes do the same thing: the thirty-fifth Two Towers names 2020 and the forty-second names 2011, both read off copies.
